Qualifications

• Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist Unit Supervisors/Managers in overseeing the therapeutic milieu and resident growth.
• Guide staff to engage trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive activities and interactions.
• Provide crisis management, unit coverage, and monitoring of program activities.
• Attend/on-call responsibilities and follow crisis protocols as needed.
• As assigned, be certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) and train others.
