Job summary

Child & Family Healing Center seeks a dedicated team member to support youth in a residential program. You will lead social and recreational activities, implement treatment protocols, and coach staff to use Collaborative Problem Solving and de-escalation techniques.

The role emphasizes crisis response, documentation, and engagement with youth to create a safe, therapeutic milieu consistent with program philosophy and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum one year in children’s residential setting or 5 years in mental health.
• Experience in staff coaching or supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and coaching to Support Coaches.
• Demonstrate collaborative problem solving (CPS) and de-escalation training.
• Respond to crises per policy and coordinate with on-call staff.
• Support team with recreation, activities, and routine schedules.
• Maintain therapeutic environment and document daily interventions.
