Qualifications

• Must be a qualified mental health professional with relevant Master's/Doctoral degree.
• Ability to conceptualize diagnostically and implement therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for family and care teams.

Responsabilités

• Holistic and collaborative treatment planning for the client and supports.
• Provide verbal and written diagnostic conceptualizations.
• Individual and group therapy with focus on attachment, safety, and trauma-related topics.
• Family engagement and family therapy to support transitions and parent coaching.
• Coordinate with case manager and schools; ensure documentation and reports are Medicaid/COA compliant.
• Participate in trainings and supervision; maintain licensure/certification.
