Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a registered nurse for the Therapeutic Apheresis Treatment Unit to provide direct patient care across age groups and support donor collections and therapeutic procedures. The RN will coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and participate in transitions of care.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS, and strong communication and teamwork skills, with eligibility for visa sponsorship (TN) and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year of RN experience required.
• RN licensure current in applicable state.
• BLS valid for 90 days post start; certifications per AHA/Military/Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Provide direct patient care and education to patients and families.
• Participate in quality improvement and teamwork across settings.
• Possess strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Work flexible hours including weekends and on-call.
