Job summary

Qualifications

• RN graduate from ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA accredited program.
• Minimum one year RN experience; acute care preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with strong assessment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and adaptability; weekends/holidays/on-call.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care across shifts and settings.
• Provide direct patient care and education to patients and families.
• Support transitions of care and ensure safe handoffs.
