The Role

As a Therapeutic Adult Support Worker, you will:

• Deliver person-centred, therapeutic support tailored to individual needs
• Promote independence by supporting daily living skills (ADLs) such as cooking, budgeting, and personal careBuild trusting, respectful relationships that empower service users to make informed choices
• Support individuals to maintain safe, stable tenancies and positive home environments
• Enable access to education, employment, and community opportunities
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and multi-agency partners
• Maintain accurate, high-quality records in line with regulatory and organisational standards
• Act as a positive role model, demonstrating professionalism and emotional resilience

Shift Pattern

• Full-time (40 hours) or part-time (24 hours) available

Typical shifts include:

• Hours between 08:00 - 20:00

Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the individuals we support .

About You

You will:
