Elevate Supported Living in Lincoln is seeking a Therapeutic Adult Support Worker to provide person-centred, therapeutic support for adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

We offer roles in both full-time and part-time formats with flexible hours, focusing on independence, education, employment, and community opportunities. Applicants should have at least 6 months of relevant experience, and be compassionate, reliable, and values-driven.

• At least 6 months’ recent experience in a relevant setting with direct or transferable skills.
