Job summary

Elevate is seeking Night Therapeutic Adult Support Workers to provide person-centred, therapeutic support for adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and complex needs at Lincoln. The role focuses on compassionate care, independence, and safe home environments.

You will work in a values-driven team, deliver high-quality records, and collaborate with families and professionals to enable education, employment, and community opportunities.

Qualifications

• Have at least 6 months’ recent experience in a relevant setting with direct or transferable skills.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to person-centred and values-based care.
• Be compassionate, reliable, and emotionally aware.
• Show accountability and professionalism in your practice.
• Communicate effectively with service users, families, and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person‑centred, therapeutic support tailored to individual needs
• Promote independence by supporting daily living skills (ADLs) such as cooking, budgeting, and personal care
• Build trusting, respectful relationships that empower service users to make informed choices
• Support individuals to maintain safe, stable tenancies and positive home environments
• Enable access to education, employment, and community opportunities
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and multi‑agency partners
• Maintain accurate, high‑quality records in line with regulatory and organisational standards
• Act as a positive role model, demonstrating professionalism and emotional resilience
