IS Living is seeking a Therapeutic Mentor to provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, or other special needs. The role includes assisting with ADLs, promoting independence, and ensuring safety.

The position requires strong communication, empathy, and teamwork. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are available as part of full-time employment, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid recommended; Oregon Intervention System (OIS) training may be provided upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Implement individualized behavior plans and promote appropriate behaviors.
• Help clients develop life skills including communication and socialization.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Monitor health status and document progress; assist with medication administration as needed.
