Dimensions is recruiting a part-time Support Worker in Haverhill to help people with learning disabilities and autistic people live independently in supported living flats. Shifts run 7:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-9:00pm, with flexibility across eight flats and occasional longer days.

The role offers a pay rate of £13 per hour and 30 hours per week, with overtime uplift available. You will support individuals to attend appointments, engage in activities, manage daily tasks, and maintain connections

Qualifications

• Flexible and able to work across multiple supported living flats.
• Enjoys helping people achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
• Can communicate clearly and build trusting relationships.
• Is reliable, proactive and able to adapt to changing needs.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Has basic IT skills and is willing to learn.
• Shares our commitment to person-centred support.
• Experience in support work is welcomed but not essential, training provided.

Responsabilités

• Support people to maintain independence and develop life skills.
• Assist with attending appointments, social activities, and community access.
• Help with home management, meals, and staying connected with family and friends.
• Provide 1:1 or 2:1 support as required.
• Build positive relationships with people we support across eight flats.
