Job summary

Imagine! in the Denver/Boulder area seeks a dedicated staff member to promote the health and welfare of participants and implement Therapeutic/Educational plans.

You will collaborate with Therapeutic Specialist and Community Services staff to monitor progress and ensure quality of services. Responsibilities include facilitating activities, documenting progress, assisting participants with community access, and adhering to Imagine guidelines and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of college preferred.
• Ability and willingness to complete required training.
• 1 year of direct support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and facilitates activities aligned with support plans.
• Writes activity plans and maintains progress notes.
• Provides instructional support to direct support professionals.
• Organizes activities to create a therapeutic environment.
• Documents data and ensures timely reporting.
