Cassia is seeking a Therapeutic Activity Coordinator at Redeemer Health Care Center in Minneapolis, MN. This full-time role runs weekdays with rotating weekends, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and offers an hourly wage of $19.09-$22.15 depending on experience.

You will lead engaging activities, support residents one-on-one, and document participation. A Therapeutic Recreation degree is preferred but not required; strong communication and creativity are valued.

Position Type:Full-Time position available working Weekdays and Rotating Weekends.
Shift Available:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Wage Range: $19.09 - $22.15 / hour depending on experience

Therapeutic Activity Coordinator responsibilities:

• Encourage, support, and assist residents with activities.
• Interact and assist residents on a one to one basis outside of structured program times.
• Document activity attendance and degree of involvement.
• Act as a positive representative at all times.
• Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

Therapeutic Activity Coordinator skills and requirements:

• Therapeutic Recreation degree preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrate good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to display enthusiasm and a positive attitude in promoting activities.
• Creative aptitude for training in arts, crafts, and games.
• Good communication skills, including ability to give directions to others in a manner that is pleasant and easily understood.
