Hastings Senior Health & Living, a Cassia community, is seeking a Therapeutic Recreation Coordinator to join the team in Hastings, MN. This is a rewarding role in a nonprofit, supportive environment with a solid, fun team.

You will conduct engaging activities for residents, provide compassionate support, and help plan and implement therapeutic recreation programs. This role requires reliability, energy, and a patient, positive attitude.

Qualificações

• Prior experience implementing activity programs to long-term-care residents or equivalent education.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude in promoting activities.
• Creative aptitude for training in arts, crafts, and games.
• Good communication skills, including ability to give directions to others in a manner that is pleasant and easily understood.
• Event planning experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

As a Therapeutic Recreation Coordinator at Hastings Senior Health & Living , you will conduct fun and exciting activities with our residents and help them enjoy their day. We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive, energetic, compassionate and patient to join our team. If you have a passion for working with aging adults, join our team!

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend and holidays

Wage Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience

Location: 930 West 16th Street, Hastings, MN 55033

We are located near the cities of Cottage Grove, Inver Grove Heights, South St. Paul, Rosemount, Woodbury and Prescott, Wisconsin.

Therapeutic Recreation Coordinator Responsibilities:
