LifeStream is seeking an Activities Specialist to plan and implement a range of therapeutic activities that support mental, emotional, and physical well-being. You will lead group and individual sessions, tailor activities to client needs, and work with the care team to include activities in treatment plans.

The role requires collaboration, documentation of progress, and adherence to safety protocols. A High School diploma is required, with at least one year of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required and experience in therapeutic or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic activities and their benefits in mental health treatment.
• Ability to assess client needs and tailor activities to support goals.
