Technical Multimedia Design, Inc. (TechMDinc) seeks a Project Manager in Burbank to lead project planning, execution, and delivery. You will oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources while maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the themed entertainment sector, and a Bachelor's degree. The role demands strong organizational skills and proficiency in project management tools.
As a Project Manager, you will report to the Senior Project Manager and play a critical role in leading the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation through completion. Working collaboratively with Engineering, Design, Production, Resource Management, clients, vendors, and other cross-functional teams, you will oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to TechMDInc quality standards. As the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, you will foster strong relationships through proactive communication, effective problem-solving, and exceptional customer service while providing leadership to project teams, driving accountability, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and company priorities. Success in this role requires strong organizational, financial, and leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Occasional travel may be required for project sites, client meetings, vendor visits, installations, and industry events.

Pay: $80,000 – 118,000/yr
