Job summary

Gilroy Gardens, Inc. seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations of the park's food stands, carts, warehouse, catering and special events in Gilroy, CA.

You will lead a team of approximately 120 seasonal staff and managers, manage budgets and menus, ensure safety and quality, and partner with marketing on events to boost food revenue. ServSafe and allergen training requirements apply, with a strong focus on cost control and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in Industrial Hospitality.
• 3-5 years’ experience in related experience multi-unit food management.
• Certifications: ServSafe Manager, ServSafe Allergen Training, RBS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Food Department across stands, carts, warehouse, catering and events.
• Set and monitor budgets, sales targets and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and training programs.
• Lead, coach and evaluate ~90–120 seasonal staff and 5 managerial roles.
• Collaborate with Marketing on special events and menu development.
