Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ previous F&B experience in quick service or restaurant.
• 1-3 years’ management experience in hospitality preferred.
• Current ServSafe or similar certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Urban Café and manage the team.
• Ensure proper execution of processes, systems, and standards.
• Train team on preparing the full menu and maintaining high standards.
