• 3+ years of leadership, strategy, and brand direction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in leadership, business and brand-specific strategy and relationships.
• Familiarity with Angel Studios, the Angel Guild, and their body of work.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with filmmakers, guiding them through crowdfunding and audience-building while defending brand interests.
• Own success of crowdfunding, distribution, and testing for creators, balancing creative demands with profitability.
• Track and communicate project metrics across campaigns and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Build relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness and align with contracts.
• Budget management including forecasting, reporting and controlling expenses to defend profit-driven activities.
• Oversee and monitor projects to meet deadlines and adjust plans as needed.
• Synthesize data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and marketing efforts.
• Navigate internal teams to resolve blockers and drive production initiatives to completion.
• Ensure accurate color and design choices across materials.
• Define and manage the process and outputs of the operational planning framework to support strategic objectives.
