Job summary

Sight & Sound Brand is seeking a dedicated Usher/Greeter to provide an exceptional guest experience in our Texas venue. You will seat guests efficiently, communicate clearly with attendees, and help maintain lobby areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

The role supports the show-run schedule from Tuesday through Saturday, up to 28 hours per week, with shifts ranging from mornings to evenings. Prior customer service experience is preferred, and a positive, flexible attitude is essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule related to show-run.
• Ability to diffuse and resolve conflicts respectfully.
• Endurance to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience and atmosphere for gospel messages.
• Seat guests efficiently and communicate information clearly to guests.
• Monitor lobby and restroom appearance and assist as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and problem-solve effectively.
• Coordinate actions during emergencies and assist guests in various conditions.
