Job summary

Concordia College in Moorhead, MN seeks a Theatre Technical Director/Scene Shop Manager to lead the scene shop, train student labor, and oversee set construction for four productions annually.

The role includes co-teaching Stagecraft and collaborating with designers, while maintaining a collaborative, mission-driven campus environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in theatre or equivalent.
• Evidence of scenic designs.
• Experience in scenic construction plus experience working with students.
• MA/MFA in technical theatre (preferred).
• 2 years experience in scenic construction at the college level (or equivalent) plus experience working with students (preferred).
• Teaching experience (preferred).

Responsibilities
