Job summary

Cinemark is hiring Theatre Team Members to create welcoming guest experiences and operate our front-of-house functions. You will handle ticketing, concessions, and information duties while maintaining a safe, clean environment for moviegoers.

The role supports multiple positions (Usher, Box Office, Concessionist) as staffing needs require, with emphasis on accurate service and friendly guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Strong guest service and teamwork orientation
• Wamiliarity with POS systems and cash handling is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests professionally and handle transactions at assigned register
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to seating
• Provide information on pricing, movies, events, and promotions
• Maintain cleanliness in lobby, aisles, restrooms, and auditoriums
• Assist with opening/closing duties and cross-functional roles as needed
• Ensure safety and security, report issues to management
• Follow health, safety, and company policies
