Job summary

• Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Excellent guest service and communication with guests of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for transactions at assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie info, and promotions to Guests.
• Respond to questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and safety across all areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
