Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Theatre/Performing Arts preferred
• Content area certification preferred
• Measurable student achievement and growth demonstrated
• Strong Tier I instructional practices and evidence-based teaching strategies
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into instructional decisions
• Experience with project-based or creative learning experiences
• Proficiency in Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, high-quality Tier I instruction grounded in evidence-based strategies
• Facilitate engaging theatre instruction: acting, script analysis, improv, stage production
• Monitor student understanding and adjust instruction in real time
• Use assessment data to identify gaps and drive instruction forward
• Differentiate activities so all students participate regardless of skill
• Provide specific feedback tied to learning targets and growth
• Maintain safe environment by managing equipment and stage safety
