Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Texas Educator Certification, or willing to join ACP to get certified.
• Proficiency navigating web-related applications and technology.
• Ability to instruct students using various technology platforms.

• Openness to giving and receiving frequent feedback.

Responsibilities

• Developing rigorous lessons in your content area, in 1:1 blended learning environments, to prepare students for college.
• Setting ambitious goals with students and monitoring progress with frequent feedback.
• Tracking growth and creating student growth plans with coaches when needed.
• Building strong relationships with students and families through regular communication.
• Creating classrooms conducive to learning and emotional development.
• Collaborating with co-planners to align daily lesson plans and resources.
