Cinemark is seeking a Server to greet Guests, suggest menu items, and deliver timely service in a vibrant theater setting. You will learn the menu, assist guests, and contribute to a positive dining experience.

The role requires knowledge of beverage service, accuracy in taking orders, and a proactive, energetic approach to teamwork and guest satisfaction. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires basic food handling training and any local/state certifications as required
• Proof of age for serving alcohol (18+ or 21+ depending on state)
• Safe Alcohol Service training for team members who serve alcohol
• Prior serving or bar experience in a full‑service restaurant is preferred
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Regular and consistent attendance and a friendly, energetic attitude

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
• Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the Guest experience
• Accurately records food and beverage orders from Guests
• Verifies identification to confirm Guests are at least 21 years old for all alcohol transactions
• Seats Guests when applicable
• Consistently uses suggestive selling techniques
• Collaborates with kitchen team to ensure food orders are accurate
• Delivers food and beverage orders within established time frames
• Maintains high hygiene by wiping down and sanitizing high-contact areas
• Uses PPE properly and adapts to cleaning tasks as needed
• Monitors safety and security issues and reports to management
• Performs other duties as assigned
