Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Server to greet Guests, suggest menu items, and deliver fast, friendly service. You will become a critical link between Guests and the kitchen, ensuring accurate orders and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates bring strong guest service, cash handling and English communication skills, with a friendly, energetic attitude. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is important.

Qualifications

• Must provide age verification where required and comply with local/state rules.
• Completion of basic food handling training and any required certifications.
• Team members serving alcohol must complete Safe Alcohol Service training.
• Prior serving or bar experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests warmly and deliver prompt, accurate service.
• Know menu items to make thoughtful recommendations.
• Record orders accurately and manage cash transactions.
• Ensure alcohol is served to guests 21+ and in designated areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in high-contact areas.
• Uphold safety and report any hazards to management.
• Adhere to company policies and assist with other duties as assigned.
