Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience and support box office, concessions, and usher roles as needed. You will greet Guests, operate the POS system, and provide movie information with accuracy and friendliness.

You must be 16 or older, able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and capable of handling cash with basic math accuracy. English proficiency is required, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark's POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and policy.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and general theatre details.
• Responds to guest questions in a professional manner.
• Maintains cleanliness in lobby, aisles, restrooms, and auditoriums.
