Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in high school (min. age 16) or have a diploma/degree in a recreation-related field.
• Experience in program facilitation, customer service, leadership, or event support is preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Strong communication, positive leadership, adaptability, and time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day activities, schedules, and community events; set up and break down equipment, materials, and spaces.
• Greet visitors and answer inquiries; maintain a welcoming environment for all community members.
• Transition between program areas and teams based on seasonal demand and scheduling needs.
• Enforce program rules, conduct safety checks, manage equipment inventory, and respond to routine emergencies.
