• Significant experience in theatrical production.
• Fluency with Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and run production meetings.
• Create production and technical calendars.
• Create and maintain space calendars for all department needs.
• Coordinate inter-departmental projects, including space availability and staffing needs.
• Oversee technical and dress rehearsals.
• Coach student stage managers and run crews.
• Coordinate schedules for production run crews.
• Coordinate with faculty for technical needs in the Prior Performing Arts Center for non-mainstage productions and student performances.
• Coordinate with Prior Staff for needs in studio, classroom and storage spaces across campus.
• Oversee operational needs of the department’s spaces across campus.
• Coordinate needs of guest designers’ work within the department.
• Coordinate props and furniture needs for rehearsals and performances.
• Ensure adequate support materials at department events.
