Job summary

Middlebury Snowbowl on campus is seeking a student with hands-on technical theatre experience to assist in production. You will build scenery and properties, hang and focus lights, and sew and paint.

The job runs two afternoons per week from 1:30 to 5:00, compensated at $14.50 per hour at the Midd student wage scale. Prior hands-on work or theatre experience is helpful; ability to do basic math and move physically is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with projects requiring manual skills.
• Background in school theatre or stage crew is a plus.
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems on the fly.
• Willingness to assist in technical theatre tasks and learn.

• Assist in all areas of technical theatre production, except costumes.
