Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a theater, repertory, or stock company in production specialties such as costume construction, stage/set construction, lighting, or sound.
• Ability to translate design specifications, blueprints, or drawings into production elements.
• Knowledge of materials selection and budgeting for production projects.
• Foundational knowledge of production software packages.
• Ability to supervise and train student assistants.

Responsibilities

• Assist with load-in, setup, rehearsals, performances, and strike.
• Support scenic, lighting, sound, rigging, and projection elements.
• Operate production equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure safe, high-quality productions.
