Job summary

Regal is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to operate and supervise a theatre and its staff, representing Regal according to our mission and policies.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing concessions and café stock, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining safety and sales accuracy with cash handling. The role requires leadership and compliance with ROM and beverage training where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program or combination with leadership potential.
• If serving alcohol, must be of legal age and complete Regal Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Upholding and administering theatre policies.
• Supervising non-management employees and coaching staff.
• Performing all staff positions as required.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and maintain related systems.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and safe operations.
• Count, deposit, and reconcile receipts daily.
• Oversee interview, hiring, scheduling, and training under GM direction.
