Job summary

Regal is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise theatre operations and staff, ensuring service quality and policy compliance.

The role includes training, coaching, and scheduling, with responsibility for equipment operation, cash handling, and guest satisfaction. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, plus supervisory experience or Cast Certification; beverage training may be required where alcohol is served.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or in progress.
• At least three months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program, or equivalent leadership potential.
• If alcohol is sold, must be of legal age and complete Regal beverage training.
• Complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise theatre staff and operations.
• Ensure attendance and policy adherence by employees.
• Oversee training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and systems.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and safety, and manage incidents.
• Count and reconcile daily receipts across payment methods.
• Maintain dress code compliance and professional appearance.
• Assist with scheduling, interviewing and HR paperwork as needed.
