Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or equivalent required.

• Experience in high-volume hospitality environment desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor staff; schedule shifts and ensure staffing levels meet demand.
• Control costs, manage payroll, and enforce budgeting procedures.
• Oversee food & beverage service, alcohol certification, and health-safety compliance.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
