Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theater Maintenance Employee to repair and maintain theatre facilities, seats, fixtures, and equipment. This role typically operates during non-operating hours but may occur during shows to support opening readiness.

The position requires physical work, safe handling of chemicals, and coordination with the General Manager on repairs and parts. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests across all areas of the theatre.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains theatre and theatre property including seats, fixtures, and equipment.
• Keeps Cinemark-owned tools and supplies safely maintained and organized.
• Removes and disposes of trash and waste from repair areas after completion.
• Cleans and organizes maintenance storage areas and workspaces.
• Coordinate with General Manager on items to be repaired or maintained.
• Part supplies and external vendors access and work areas as directed.
