Job summary

Cinemark Maintenance Employees repair and maintain the theatre, equipment, and property, creating a welcoming environment for our Guests. This typically takes place during non-operating hours but can also take place during operating hours.

They are responsible for repairing seats, walls, doors, restroom fixtures, sidewalks, and more, and they coordinate with the General Manager on items to be repaired or maintained while ensuring safety and proper PPE usage.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable and regular attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude, providing excellent Guest service.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains theatre and property including tile, carpet, restrooms, walls, and seating.
• Keeps tools and supplies safely maintained and organized.
• Coordinates with General Manager on repairs and parts needs.
• Ensures doors are locked during non-operating hours and proper access for vendors.
• Adheres to safety protocols and uses PPE appropriately.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
