Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Maintenance Employee to repair and maintain theatre facilities, equipment, and property, ensuring a welcoming guest experience. Tasks include fixing seats, walls, fixtures, and coordinating with vendors while operating during non-open hours or in conjunction with theatre hours.

Responsibilities include keeping tools organized, communicating needs to the General Manager, and maintaining safety and cleanliness across maintenance areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains theatre and theatre property including tile, carpet floors, restroom fixtures, countertops, mirrors, walls, wall coverings, partitions, drinking fountains, minor plumbing and electrical work, office furniture, auditorium seats.
• Keeps Cinemark-owned tools and supplies safely maintained and organized.
• Removes trash and damaged parts from repair areas after work is completed.
• Cleans and organizes maintenance storage areas and ensures areas are ready for the next day.
• Inspects theatre and property to ensure cleanliness and good working order for opening the next day.
• Coordinates with the General Manager on items to be repaired and maintained.
• Communicates parts and supplies needs to the General Manager.
• Keeps theatre keys and secures doors during non-operating hours.
