Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Excellent communication with all ages and personalities in English.
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Ability to take and follow directions with urgency.
• Reliable transportation to acquire parts and supplies.
• Ability to maneuver in limited spaces and handle chemicals safely (with proper disposal).

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains theatre and theatre property including tile, carpet floors, restroom fixtures, and seating.
• Keeps tools and supplies safely maintained, cleaned, organized.
• Removes trash and debris from repair areas after completion.
• Cleans and organizes Maintenance storage areas.
• Inspects theatre and property to ensure clean and in good working order for next day.
• Coordinates with the General Manager on items to be repaired or maintained.
• Communicates parts and supplies needs to General Manager.
• Keeps theatre keys secure during non-operating hours.
• Monitors safety and security; reports issues to management.
• Works with outside vendors to grant building access and direct them to work areas.
