Job summary

Cinemark Maintenance Employees repair and maintain the theatre, equipment, and property, creating a welcoming environment for our Guests. This work typically occurs during non-operating hours but can occur during operating hours.

They also advise on major repairs done by contract labor. Responsibilities include repairing theatre fixtures, maintaining tools, coordinating with the General Manager, and ensuring safety and cleanliness for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Requires flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Reliable transportation to obtain parts and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains theatre and theatre property including tile, carpet, fixtures, walls, doors, and office equipment.
• Keeps Cinemark-owned tools and supplies safely maintained, cleaned, and organized.
• Coordinates with the General Manager on items to be repaired and/or maintained.
• Performs cleaning and safety checks to ensure readiness for the next day’s operations.
• Assists outside vendors and follows safety protocols during maintenance tasks.
