Job summary

Cinemark Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Associate to repair and maintain theatre facilities, equipment, and property. The role supports non-operating and operating hours, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and efficient maintenance operations.

You will work with management to schedule repairs, maintain tools, and perform housekeeping tasks in maintenance areas. Must be 18+, flexible hours, reliable, and able to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Requires strong English communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to obtain parts and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain theatre and property, including fixtures and seating.
• Keep tools and supplies organized and safe.
• Remove trash and dispose of used materials after repairs.
• Ensure designated maintenance areas are clean and orderly.
• Coordinate with General Manager on repairs and maintenance needs.
• Assist outside vendors by granting access and directing them to work areas.
