Job summary

Cinemark Maintenance Employees repair and maintain the theatre, equipment, and property to create a welcoming environment for guests. This work often occurs outside operating hours and may occur during operating hours as needed.

Employees keep tools organized, perform cleaning and minor repairs, and coordinate with the General Manager for required maintenance. A focus on safety and guest satisfaction is essential across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and follow directions and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain theatre and theatre property including fixtures and seats.
• Keep Cinemark-owned tools and supplies safely maintained, cleaned, orderly, and organized.
• Remove trash and disposed of broken parts and supplies from repair areas.
• Coordinate with the General Manager on items to be repaired or maintained.
• Ensure safety and security during maintenance shifts.
• Interact with outside vendors to grant building access and direct them to work areas.
