Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Maintenance employee in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves repairing seats, walls, fixtures, and other theatre equipment, often during non-operating hours but may occur during operating hours.

You will coordinate with the General Manager and assist with contractor work as needed. The position requires 18+, a flexible schedule including early mornings and evenings, and a strong focus on safety and guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to follow directions and ensure safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain theatre and property (tiles, fixtures, seats, etc.).
• Keep tools and supplies organized and safe.
• Remove trash and clean repair areas after work.
• Inspect theatre to ensure cleanliness and readiness for next day.
• Coordinate with General Manager on repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with access for outside vendors and ensure proper building security.
