Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Maintenance team member in Kirkland, WA to repair and maintain theatre facilities, equipment and property. Duties include non-operating-hour repairs, equipment upkeep, and coordinating with the General Manager on maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Energetic, friendly attitude with strong guest service orientation.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed.
• Reliable transportation to obtain parts and supplies.
• Ability to maneuver in limited-space areas and safely handle chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain theatre and property components (tiles, walls, fixtures, seats, etc.).
• Keep Cinemark-owned tools and supplies organized and safe.
• Remove trash and dispose of broken parts after repairs.
• Inspect theatre to ensure cleanliness and readiness for opening.
• Coordinate with the General Manager on repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain theatre keys and ensure doors are locked during non-operating hours.
• Observe safety protocols and PPE requirements during tasks.
• Work with outside vendors and direct them to work areas as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
