Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Employee to repair and maintain theatre facilities, equipment, and property, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

The role spans non-operating hours and occasional operating hours, focusing on keeping seats, fixtures, restrooms, and other areas in top condition. The ideal candidate will be 18+, flexible with hours, energetic, and capable of working well in a team or independently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular attendance required.
• Energetic and friendly attitude on shift.
• Strong guest service mindset and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain theatre and theatre property (tiles, floors, fixtures, seats, walls).
• Maintain and organize tools and supplies; dispose of waste after repairs.
• Keep maintenance areas clean and secure; monitor safety and security issues.
• Coordinate with General Manager on repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Assist outside vendors by granting access and directing them to work areas.
• Follow safety protocols and use required PPE for tasks.
