Cinemark is seeking a Maintenance Employee to repair and maintain theatre facilities and equipment, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This role typically occurs outside operating hours, but may happen during hours as needed.

Responsibilities include fixing seats, fixtures, cleaning areas, and coordinating with management for repairs. The ideal candidate is 18+, capable of working flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, and committed to safety and guest service while

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates energetic, friendly attitude and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain theatre and property (tiles, carpets, fixtures, seats, etc.).
• Keep tools and supplies organized and maintained.
• Assist with cleaning and prep for next day operations.
• Coordinate with General Manager on repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety and security; follow PPE requirements.
