Cinemark Maintenance Employees repair and maintain the theatre, equipment, and property, creating a welcoming environment for our Guests. This role typically occurs during non-operating hours but may also happen during operating hours.

The position involves repairs to seats, walls, doors, restroom fixtures, and concession equipment, with coordination with the General Manager. A strong team attitude and reliable attendance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively in English with customers and team members.
• Able to work in a team and independently, follow directions and respond with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain theatre and theatre property (tiles, floors, fixtures, seating).
• Keep tools and supplies organized and sanitized.
• Remove trash and complete clean-up after repairs.
• Coordinate with General Manager on repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure security of theatre keys and restrict access during non-operating hours.
• Interact with outside vendors and assess when contractor work is needed.
• Use Personal Protective Equipment as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
