Job summary

Cinemark seeks a Maintenance Employee to repair and maintain theatre facilities, equipment and property, often during non-operating hours. You will help ensure a clean, safe environment for guests and support opening readiness for the next day.

Responsibilities include repairing seats and fixtures, coordinating with the General Manager, and safely handling chemicals. This role requires flexible shifts and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Capable of working in a team and independently.
• Ability to follow directions and respond with urgency.
• Willingness to safely handle and dispose of chemicals.
• Reliable transportation to obtain parts and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Repair theatre equipment and property to ensure a clean, safe guest environment.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and storage areas in a safe, organized state.
• Assist with cleaning and prep to open next day’s business.
• Coordinate with management on items to repair and maintenance needs.
• Work with outside vendors and maintain security during shifts.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
