Job summary

Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests and provide quick, accurate, and friendly service across concessions, box office, and usher roles as needed. You will operate Cinemark's POS system, verify tickets at the podium, and help guests with movie information while maintaining a clean, safe theatre.

This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and reliability with evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and local/state certifications where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must communicate clearly in English and provide friendly guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates POS system for all transactions at assigned register.
• Verifies tickets and directs Guests to their auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie info, and general theatre details.
• Responds to Guests' questions in a professional manner.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety across lobby, aisles, restrooms, and auditoriums.
• Performs opening/closing duties as assigned.
• Assists with other duties as needed.
