Cinemark is hiring a Theatre Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience. You will answer questions, process transactions at the register, verify tickets, and guide guests to the correct auditorium. You may work as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist depending on staffing needs.

Responsibilities include ensuring ticketing accuracy, maintaining theater cleanliness, and assisting with opening/closing duties while upholding safety and policy compliance.

Competenze

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to obtain required local certifications or health card.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong guest service mindset and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) with guests of all ages.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently, follow directions, and act with urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Mansioni

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate the POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to their auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie information, promotions and general theatre details.
• Respond to guest questions in a professional customer service manner.
• Conduct theatre inspections to monitor presentation, safety, and cleanliness.
• Keep theatre areas clean and sanitized; comply with food safety laws where applicable.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
