Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic food handling training and certifications where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and communication in English.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Responds with a sense of urgency.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and policies.
• Provides pricing, movie details, and general theatre information.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety, including inspections.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
